I’m originally from Toronto, Canada and currently live in Bergen County New Jersey. I’ve devoted the past 25 years towards the understanding of modern day disease/illness and the holistic approaches to promote health, healing and wellness.
Beginning with a Masters in Health Sciences (MKin.) and working in the biomedical field, I gained a keen understanding of modern day illness and the various treatments offered through Western Medicine.

Traditional Eastern Medicine

In addition to my formal clinical training, I’ve been privileged to serve as a practitioner of Acupuncture for specialized populations including our Veterans (VA Hospital, Manhattan NY), as well as under-serviced International communities requiring humanitarian medical care (The Barbara Ford Peace Center, Guatemala.)

My focus is pain management, including orthopedic and musculoskeletal pain, arthritis, joint pain, sports injuries.  Other areas of focus include treatment of Mental Emotional Health (depression, anxiety, stress, headaches, insomnia), women’s health and endocrine imbalances.

My treatment style is Traditional Eastern Medicine, which includes Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, Electro Muscular Stimulation (EStim), Cupping, Moxibustion, Tui Na Massage, Gua Sha, External Liniments and Essential Oils.

Traditional Eastern Medicine is based on the philosophy that optimal health exists when your bodies energy and mind are balanced. As a holistic medicine, the factors affecting a balanced state include the physical, mental, lifestyle, diet, environment and others. Through careful listening, observation and inquiry of key questions, I seeks to understand the root cause of your condition leading to a pattern of diagnosis and an individual treatment plan.
